We continue to develop VIPA Shop by listening to the needs of those who use it every day.
Our goal is simple: to provide increasingly effective tools for monitoring orders, reducing repetitive tasks, and managing purchases with greater speed and autonomy.
Here are the main new features now available.
Order Summary
In the Documents section, the new Order Summary is now available, allowing you to view the following information for each order line:
• shipped quantity
• order number
• delivery note number
• shipping dates
A more detailed overview of your supplies, with all relevant information collected in a single view.
Order Progress Tracking
Within the Order Details page, a new timeline has been introduced to provide an immediate overview of the order status:
Submitted → Confirmed → In Preparation → Shipped
A feature requested by many customers who wanted greater visibility into the status of their orders and the ability to plan their operations with more confidence.
Multiple Shopping Carts
It is now possible to manage multiple shopping carts simultaneously.
This feature is particularly useful for users who need to prepare several orders at the same time, for example:
• quotations for different customers
• purchases for different departments or production lines
• separate orders for specific projects
Better organization, fewer errors.
Import Previous Orders
To speed up repeat purchases, you can now import the contents of a previously placed order directly into your shopping cart.
Simply navigate to:
Documents → Orders → Select Order → Import to Cart
The system will automatically copy all items from the selected order into the chosen shopping cart.
If a quantity is below the minimum order quantity currently required, the system will automatically adjust it to meet the minimum threshold.
Fewer manual operations and greater speed when managing recurring purchases.
New Quantity Management in the Cart
We have simplified the selection of fulfillment options.
You can now quickly choose whether each item should be supplied in:
• individual boxes
• master cartons
A more intuitive way to manage orders during the checkout process.
